Home Visits

Doctor's bag

If you or a close relative/friend is too unwell to visit the surgery please ring us as early as possible on the day.

The GP or Nurse Practitioner will be able to return your call and speak with you to either arrange to visit you if it is medically appropriate to do so, or to arrange an alternative course of action.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
