We are exited to announce that we are moving from our current askmyGP platform and introducing the availability of appointment requests to our already extensive SurgeryApp
Our askmyGP service will terminate at 10.30am on Wednesday the 1st of June.
Appointment requests will be made available on our SurgeryApp 8am-10am daily from Monday 6th June, following the bank holiday weekend. The appointment request button will be located on your home screen and you will be asked a specific set of questions.
Patients who would like to place an appointment request on behalf of someone they care for will continue to be able to do so. If the patient is over 18 years of age, written consent will continue to be required initially before proceeding.
The SurgeryApp is already available for administrative queries and health information which you can download from your APP store.
Please note: Patients who do not have access to smartphones can continue to phone the surgery as usual.
GDPR Legislation Notice
Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into force on Friday 25th of May. We have sent all our patients who we currently hold mobile numbers for a text messaging asking them to reply with consent or dissent of using the SMS text messaging service.
